Mindful Organizing, Mindful Living

We all want that perfectly organized closet, cabinet, home, garage, yard, etc. But we rarely want to take the time to actually do the work to make it happen. Today, I'm not talking about that. I'm referring to something much more important. I talking about your unorganized mind.

Do you find yourself waking up, looking at your phone and beginning you day by putting out fires? Or do you walk into your office and wonder where to start? Sometimes does food become your excuse for not working or moving forward at all? Are you going to push off that conversation one more day? We’ve all been there, probably more than once. If you’re reading this, you’re already way ahead of most. You’re looking, or maybe just stumbled upon, this and you want to believe there are some answers for you here. I can tell you that there are if you listen and act.

What is today? Today is the first day you’re going to make the change. This habit of living on the edge of constant stress is moving away. It won’t be gone today. Probably not tomorrow or even this week, but if you take the time and follow along, it will start packing. If you continue to do these things, you’ll find it has moved out mostly and the remnants of its wrath on your life are but a distant memory.

Start now by asking yourself:

  • Why do I never get ahead?

  • What is wrong with my relationship and why are we regularly fighting?

  • How do I get the life I want? and what does that look like

  • Why can't I lose weight or be the ideal body for me?

  • Who am I and who do I want to be?
